Sailing with Dave..

My good friend Dave Jones, sailed up to Porteau Cove, and I went to meet him. And we chilled out on his 37fter, it was pretty cool we made something to eat had a beer, and I stayed on board for the night. We got up and had a morning cup of coffee, and looked out on Howe Sound and the glassy calm waters. From a far I could see as I glassed the water, that there were some whales out there that were feeding. We went for a sale, around in the Howe Sound and it was a blast out there, on the way out we saw a porpoise, right beside the boat. Awesome to see that. After a three hour sale around we came back and Dave dropped me off so I could pick up my car, and we met at the Brew Pub, for some lunch and then out to do some climbing at the Smoke Bluffs. It was an awesome day, I hadn't climbed for a long time. Good times as always, and a fun sailing lesson..
